Family seeks a nanny for their 2 children, ages 3 years and 10 months old.

The family is temporarily located in Jersey City, NJ, and will be relocating to Short Hills, NJ in January. They are seeking a full-time nanny, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. Pay is $20-25 an hour, based on experience, with benefits. This is a long-term position.

The family will need help with light housework and running errands, specifically related to the children. Responsibilities include meal preparation, tidying the children’s areas, laundry, and managing the household inventory (diapers, wipes, etc.).

Their ideal nanny is fun-loving, fun, responsible, kind, caring, engaging, and open-minded, able to act as a role model, and to participate in the growth and development of the children
The children like to read, play outdoors, do arts and crafts, learning activities, and take walks. 

Candidates will need to have a valid license and a reliable vehicle.

Candidates should have a flu shot, TDAP, and COVID vaccine prior to employment, or be willing to receive all three prior to employment.

This position is full-time, live-out with a start date of January 17, 2022. They are open to having someone start earlier while they are still in Jersey City, but it’s not required. They do have a parking spot for the nanny if they do.
