Family seeks a full-time nanny for their two children, ages 3.5 and 7 years old.

The family is located in Madison New Jersey and they are seeking a full-time nanny for their energetic children. The hours are Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week. The schedule is subject to change based on the children’s school, but roughly will be 2 days from 9AM-5PM and 3 from 10AM-7PM. Pay is $20-$23 an hour based on experience, plus benefits.

The children love dancing, playing with Legos, going to the playground, swimming, going on playdates, reading, and doing arts and crafts. Both are very energetic and would need a nanny who could keep up with their busy routine. The children will do soccer in the fall, so a nanny must be comfortable bringing them to and from their practices.

Their ideal nanny is one who first and foremost is loving, nurturing, patient, yet able to set boundaries. They hope to find a nanny who can become a part of their family for years to come. The nanny will need to be comfortable assisting with virtual learning and homework for the oldest child, including keeping her on task, printing worksheets, checking her work, etc. Candidates should be comfortable with cooking for the children, assisting with light housekeeping, and maintaining the children’s laundry.

Candidates will need to have a valid license and a reliable vehicle, although a vehicle may be provided during work hours.

Candidates should have their Flu Vaccine, and COVID Vaccination (or be willing to get both prior to employment).

This position starts October 1, 2021. This position is full-time and live-out.
