Family seeks a full-time nanny for their 6 year old son.

The family is located in Hoboken, New Jersey and they are seeking a full-time nanny to start at the end of August. The hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (most days will be shorter). Pay is $20-$23 an hour based on experience, plus benefits, overtime, and potential to have partial healthcare coverage.

They are seeking a nanny who is a self-starter and can keep up with their active son who loves to play outside, build with Legos, go to the zoo, and visit the library and Liberty Science Center. He is not currently enrolled in any after school activities, but soccer may be an option once school starts.

The nanny will be responsible for drop off and pick ups, assisting with homework, bringing to and from activities and playdates, and maintaining the home during the day while their son is in school. Assistance with laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and occasional errands will be required. Their ideal nanny is one who can follow through with positive reinforcement, is nurturing, fun, loving, and most importantly able to assist with their son staying focused.

Candidates will need to have a valid license and a reliable vehicle. Candidates should have their COVID vaccine or be willing to get one prior to the position starting.

This position starts at the end of August. This position is full-time and live-out.
