Family seeks a full-time nanny for their two children, ages 5 and 7.

The position is located in Livingston, New Jersey. They are seeking care Monday-Friday for 40 hours per week (hours to be discussed with the family). Pay is $23 an hour plus 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 federal holidays, 5 PTO days, and a possible option to have a monthly health care stipend. Pay is based on experience.

Both children are in school full-time, so the nanny will be responsible for assisting them with getting ready, bringing to and from school and activities, assisting with homework, and tidying up the household/maintaining the children’s laundry as needed. Both children were actively in sports and recreational activities pre-pandemic (hockey, dance, martial arts, ice skating, and gymnastics). The family has a pool and both children will have swimming lessons at their home pool this Summer. Candidates should be able and willing to swim.

The children love to do art, play with their toys, visit the park, and have playdates whenever possible. Their ideal nanny is one who is patient, has energy, is active, can be creative, and is willing to stay long term with their family. They hope to find a nanny who can become a part of their family and can truly enjoy coming to to work.

Candidates will need to have a valid license and a reliable vehicle. A vehicle will be provided during working hours.

The family is on a COVID risk level of 2. They prefer a nanny who is vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated in the future.
